the front desk service is painfully slow, it just makes you feel like time does not matter! and the all-inclusive food is so repetetive, one could roll their eyes forever. honestly, i expected a room upgrade for such a disgraceful experience, almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn’t, what a shame.

Half amazing, half disappointing
The staff are WONDERFUL and cheerful, with Mr Hani ensuring our comfort. The heated pool added to our enjoyment, making it a solid family favorite!
Food options are limited, with the same meals repeating, and while the room was clean, the comfort of the bed left much to be desired.

The hotel boasts a good-looking reception area that sets a comfortable vibe. The swimming pools are a sight to behold, providing ample choice for everyone, and the upgraded room I received was spacious and tidy.
Unfortunately, there are notable drawbacks. The front desk service is painfully slow, often requiring improvement in problem resolution. The absence of an internal phone book was a hassle, and the single coffee machine at the terrace bar was out of order for days, which is just unacceptable. it's around a 40-minute drive to reach the city center, making excursions a bit inconvenient. The beach can get quite crowded, limiting the appeal for those seeking a bit more space. Lastly, the food offerings were repetitive, leaving much to be desired after a few days.

Great beach vibes!
The beach was stunning, just a perfect place to unwind. Staff were super friendly and the pool was always clean – my kids had a blast! Meals were decent, but wish there were more options for picky eaters like my kids. the entertainment at night got kinda repetitive. But overall, a solid family trip!

the heated pool was a solid bonus, kids loved the aqua park and pools were really decent. super comfy beds and rooms were kept clean during our stay. location was chill and felt safe. The staff were pretty friendly most times.
the food was kinda repetitive and took days to get extra bed sheets. also, the reception service was slow and not too helpful at times.

We had an amazing time. the mini zoo was a hit with the kids, and the clean pools kept us refreshed. The staff were super friendly and helpful. especially Mr Hani, who made sure everything was perfect.
